An old file ... a new video. I'm aiming to put all my 2019 hypnosis files in video format (with a spiral graphic throughout). Just testing it out with this old file.
Unfortunately there are many suggestions to "close your eyes" in this audio ... there will be less of that (or I'll edit them out for the videos) ... but since your watching a video your mind probably already knows that your eyes can always open back up whenever it wants to see more of the sprial.
